I'm not sure why no one else is having problems with Nero 6. RC1 Beta 2 won't download unless I remove Nero 6.

Ironically it was announced that Nero was announced as a part of the "Certified for Windows Vista Logo Quality Program" as a supposedly early adopter. They still have the press release from May 2006 on their web site at http://ww2.nero.com/enu/PR_2006_05_24.html. What a farce.

You can install nero 6 in vista after vista has been installed. Vista complains, but it does work.

woops a slight mistake there, my name is not ntl newsgroups.

Actually, NERO has updates for customers running version 6, that makes it compatible with Vista. Version 7.7.5.1 is fully compatible with Vista and is provided also as a free update for customers who purchased version 7, thats what I am running and its great, also comes with a cool Vista Burning Gadget. -- Andre Blog: http://adacosta.spaces.live.com My Vista Quickstart Guide: http://adacosta.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!E8E5CC039D51E3DB!9709.entry "NTL newsgroups" wrote in message

Yes. I've burned several ISO's to both CD and DVD without incident.

Yes, very well I might add, been using it to burn ISO's during the Windows Vista beta. -- Andre Blog: http://adacosta.spaces.live.com My Vista Quickstart Guide: http://adacosta.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!E8E5CC039D51E3DB!9709.entry "Bill Condie" wrote in message

Did I misname it? I meant NRG files to be viewed on a phantom CD

Yep, NERO supports those. But when you say Phantom CD, or you talking about virtual drive? If so, I'm not sure, ImageDrive is no where to be found. -- Andre Blog: http://adacosta.spaces.live.com My Vista Quickstart Guide: http://adacosta.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!E8E5CC039D51E3DB!9709.entry "Bill Condie" wrote in message

Click the Add Gadgets button at the top of the side bar, if you don't see it, its probably the edition you are running. I'm running the Premium Edition, I am not sure its included in Ultra. -- Andre Blog: http://adacosta.spaces.live.com My Vista Quickstart Guide: http://adacosta.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!E8E5CC039D51E3DB!9709.entry "nick" wrote in message
